Boundary Words and Phrases that Help You Squeeze the Most Out of Your Time

The truth is that we all can't relate to the statement "time is money", but perhaps we can connect to the thought that "time is real estate".  In getting back some of that real estate we always need boundaries, and these boundary phrases help create the lines we draw.

No

What would we do without a good old "NO."  Don't feel too bad when setting the infamous boundary stone.  Think of it this way..  "The beauty of NO is knowing, but the danger of Yes is hidden.  Needless to say, with NO we can eliminate a lot of hidden resentment and reduce the storage of frustration in the mind and body. 

Not Now

Not now is the boundary that signals that there's an underlying list of priorities.  Nothing helps you set boundaries like a list of priorities.  Use this boundary phrase more often.  

Never

Never is an interesting boundary word that allows us to turn our attention off of something, and take our speculations elsewhere.  It's a useful word and disposition that has with it an intrinsic layer of relief.  

Next Time

Next Time is a great way to clear the calendar without leaving any hard or bruised feelings.  It's postponement with a promise that feels dependable.
